1. How do I earn rewards?
Panelists may earn rewards through various methods of activity approved by Dynata, LLC (“Dynata”), including, without limitation, through signing up for an Dynata survey panel, completing and submitting a survey, through participation in Dynata’s refer-a-friend program, through contests or promotions offered by Dynata, and/or through completion of various internal profile or demographic information surveys or questionnaires (“Approved Activity”). If points are being offered for Approved Activity, the panelist will be provided with notice that points are offered for the Approved Activity and of the number of points being offered. Points are redeemable for various rewards including, without limitation, gift codes, gift cards or vouchers, cash through certain third party e-commerce websites selected by Dynata, and donations to charitable organizations pre-approved by Dynata (individually a “Reward” and collectively “Rewards”). The point values for Approved Activity vary, please read the applicable notices and instructions clearly. Points are held in an account that Dynata maintains for each panelist. The account is not an actual bank or financial account and does not accrue or accumulate interest of any kind.
Valid points will be credited to a panelist’s account. Points will be debited from a panelist’s account when the panelist uses the points to receive a Reward. Dynata uses reasonable efforts to ensure that points are credited and debited appropriately; however, panelists should review their account to ensure that their account correctly identifies the earned points and reflects all of the appropriate redemption transactions. If you feel that your account was not credited or debited correctly or reflects incorrect redemption transactions, please send an email to email@example.com. Any email sent to Dynata should include the panelist’s name, email address and specific information on the subject matter. Dynata will use reasonable efforts to investigate the matter and to respond back to the panelist promptly. Dynata’s decision is final and binding.

2. How can I redeem points?
Rewards available through Dynata’s Rewards program have different point redemption thresholds and if you do not have enough points for a certain Reward, you will not be able to redeem for the Reward until you have accumulated enough points. Information on the point redemption thresholds for Rewards is available on your account dashboard. Once you have completed a redemption transaction, the transaction cannot be withdrawn, cancelled or terminated. The suppliers or providers of the Rewards available through Dynata’s reward program may have their own terms and conditions, please review these terms and conditions carefully. Dynata will not replace any lost, stolen, misplaced, or damaged Rewards. Dynata’S REWARDS PROGRAM AND ALL REWARDS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND Dynata DOES NOT MAKE AND HEREBY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARISING OUT OF A COURSE OF PERFORMANCE, DEALING, OR TRADE USAGE. If a panelist elects to donate points to one of the charities approved by Dynata, Dynata will donate said points to the selected charity. The donation is not made by or on behalf of Dynata and Dynata does not and will not match any donation. Please note that the donation option is not available on every panel owned and/or operated by or on behalf of Dynata, please check the redemption options available for the panel to which you belong.
3. Do points expire?
Points do not expire, however, if your account is terminated or cancelled, whether by you or by Dynata, your unused points may be cancelled and voided.
4. Do I have to pay taxes on Rewards that I receive?
Dynata does not provide any legal or tax advice to panelists. Panelists are solely liable and responsible for their own tax and legal obligations. Dynata may provide you and/or the appropriate government agency or taxing authority with information related to your Rewards redemption history and, if applicable, Dynata may withhold taxes upon request from the appropriate government agency or taxing authority. You acknowledge that Dynata may be required to provide or supply certain information to applicable government agencies or departments in regards to any payments or incentives you earn in connection with your use of Dynata’s services. You agree to provide Dynata with all required information to assist Dynata in complying with its reporting or withholding obligations.
5. Are points or Rewards transferrable?
Panelists may not transfer, assign, or pledge points or Rewards to any other person or party. Panelists have no property rights or other legal interests in any points granted in connection with Dynata’s rewards program. Points have no cash value.
6. What happens if my account is suspended or terminated or if I cancel my membership?
A panelist’s account may be suspended or terminated for inactivity as set forth in, or for suspected activity in violation of, Dynata’s terms and conditions (General Terms & Conditions) (“Dynata’s Terms and Conditions”). If your account is suspended or terminated, you will receive a notice or pop-up message when you try to log-in to your member account or try to take a survey, which will instruct you to contact the appropriate Dynata helpdesk. Please note that in the event of suspected fraudulent activity or activity violating Dynata’s Terms and Conditions, your account balance may be forfeited. If Dynata determines, in its sole discretion, that your account was suspended or terminated in error, Dynata may restore your account to active status. Dynata’s decision is final and binding.

Dynata retains information on the points and redemption transaction history for each panelist for 6 months following the termination or cancellation of a panelist’s account.
7. Will Dynata’s rewards program change?
Dynata reserves the right to change the incentive program rules, Rewards, terms, conditions, and limitations and/or to cancel the program entirely for any reason, at any time.
8. Will I have to disclose any personal information in connection with my participation in the rewards program?
9. When are points credited to my account? How long does it take to receive e-Vouchers?
In regards to crediting points to an account, Dynata will try to credit your account promptly; however, timing for crediting points to your account depends upon the activity that you participated in (e.g. for points issued in connection with completing a survey, the points are credited when the survey project closes). In addition, there may be a delay based upon a client’s review and analysis of the services performed or provided by Dynata.
In regards to e-vouchers, generally an individual will receive the e-voucher within forty-eight (48) hours following redemption, however in some cases it could take longer. Please allow up to ten (10) business days for e-voucher delivery.
In regards to physical vouchers, generally an individual will receive the physical vouchers within ten (10) business days following redemption.

10. Are there any other terms and conditions that apply to Dynata’s rewards program?
Dynata may engage a service provider(s) to manage and host an online shop(s) or market place(s) to allow panel members the opportunity to redeem points for products or services available in or through the online shop(s) or market place(s). The service provider(s) may have terms and conditions that apply to your ability to use and interact with the online shop(s) or market place(s), which terms and conditions shall be available on the website(s) for the online shop(s) or market place(s). In addition, there may be certain terms and conditions that apply to certain Rewards, products or services available in or through the online shop(s) or market place(s). These terms and conditions are available through, on, or in connection with the online shop(s) or market place(s). Please read these terms and conditions carefully.
